Happy Easter! Katie had a nice, calm day today. They were able to lower her oxygen levels some (which means she's breathing better on her own) and they took her off the dopamine (the drug they were using to keep her blood pressure up). If she can maintain her blood pressure on her own, they will continue to increase her feeding amounts. She's getting 4cc every 3 hours now. As long as she stays stable, it's just a matter of her growing and getting some meat on her bones. Whenever Kevin and I see a "normal" sized baby, it looks massive! I used to think that full-term babies were tiny and I was always afraid to touch or hold them because they look so breakable. It's kind of funny to think that they seem so big and sturdy now.
