Katie had her first RSV shot today. She did really well. She didn't cry until the nurse pulled out the needle. Once I was able to pick her up, she was fine. Well, she was fine until she managed to pull off her bandaid somewhere between the doctor's office and home, and get it stuck in her hair. She pulled it out of her hair before I could get to it. Luckily, I think most of the stickiness was gone, so it only took a small amount of hair. We'll go back monthly through March for these shots.

The nurse that was running the shot clinic just about took Katie over. Katie was smiling, "talking" and holding her fingers. We could have been in and out in about 15 min., but the nurse held her and played with her for awhile. She is a NICU nurse in Dallas. She was really pleased with how Katie looks and how developed she is. That was good to hear :-)
