Katie went on her first walk around the neighborhood today. The girl loves to move. I've spent the last several evenings walking laps around the house trying to settle her down. (I think she's going through more fussy spells from teething.) Anyhow, I decided to take her on a walk and try out the stroller. She didn't fuss at all, at least not until we got home and she stopped moving. Part of the reason for the walk was I've got to get more active. We have the treadmill, but everytime I try to walk on it, Katie starts screaming. My "I just had a baby" excuse for the extra pounds is about to expire.

We've got a long weekend! I love my new job, but I'm still tired after this week. Thanks for checking in!
