I know it's been a really long time since I posted. We're still here, and I've thought about lots of posts, but I just haven't made it to a computer to get them done. Me and time are having issues. I rush around all day, and before I know it, it's 11 at night.

Here are some Katie notes:

She got a toy baby playpen for her birthday, only she spends more time in it than her baby does.

She's discovered playing with dolls. I think she's more into carrying around the diaper bag/purse than the baby. Speaking of the purse she packs, it can have literally anything in it....the normal stuff, plus maybe: a can opener, empty toilet paper roll, 1 shoe, just to name a few items. Then there was the time I discovered that she had gotten into my purse and put some of my "time of the month" items in her purse. I'm just glad we weren't out in public for that one.

She has a room full of toys to play with, but she is most fascinated by the hand-held can opener. She's always getting in the drawer to get it out.

She loves getting her own cup of water from the water cooler. Now, when she makes a mess (which is nearly every time) she can get a towel out of the drawer and clean it up on her own. That doesn't mean she will every time she spills, but I have noticed several times when she has.

She loves closing doors, and trying to open them. She lacks a few inches before she'll be able to open doors by herself (thank goodness).

I'm sure there's a ton I'm not including, but that's all my brain can muster at the moment. Check back, and I'll be better about posting regularly. :-)
